2 cups of fresh picked basil leaves . 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese . 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil . 1/3 cup pine nuts . 3 cloves garlic . sea salt & ground pepper to taste Combine basil, cheese, pine nuts and garlic in a food processor and process. While processer is still running, slowly add olive oil in a steady small stream. Stir in salt and pepper to taste.
